Trio Synchordia

The Synchordia Trio was born in 2017 due to the desire of its members to face and deepen – in view of the celebrations for the centenary of Claude Debussy the following year – the chamber masterpiece of the French author and parallel to it the repertoire for this fascinating and refined organic.
The passion of its members for the intertwining of the arts has also led the group to collaborate with dancers and actors in the creation of shows focused on the combinations of music/dance, music/poetry, music/theatre, participating with them in some of the most important Italian musical and theatrical programs (e.g. MantovaMusica, LuccaClassica, Festival della Piana del Cavaliere, Teatro Menotti in Milan, MadamaDoRe by Oficina OCM, Unione Musicale). Worthy of note, in particular, are the shows “4 mai, mon cher”, created as part of the LuccaClassica 2019 festival in collaboration with Amanda Sandrelli and Marco Brinzi, and “Children’s Corner – L’angolo di…Gianni Rodari”, in collaboration with Michele Pirani, on stage in various Italian theatres, with success among audiences and critics, starting from spring 2022.
In 2021 the Trio performed for the Ticino Musica Festival as part of a concert dedicated to the composer Sofia Gubaidulina. 2022 saw the Trio protagonist in the first ever performance of “Green Trio” by Andrea Portera, while in 2023 the Trio Synchordia gave birth to “Au réveil” by Alessandro Solbiati
