Decreased 4-entry card for the concerts of the “Made in Oficina Ocm” series to be used by up to a maximum of 4 people per concert.
Entrance to the concerts of the “Made in Oficina Ocm” event, supported by the SIAE “Per Chi Crea” program, is reserved for boys and girls under the age of 30.

CONCERTS IN PALAZZO DUCALE AND PALAZZO TE – IN VISITING HOURS
The concerts scheduled in the rooms included in the visit itineraries of Palazzo Ducale and Palazzo Te, from 30 May to 02 June 2024, during opening hours, are accessible upon purchase of the entrance ticket to the Museum compatibly with available seats.
The ticket is single, it allows entry to the museum route only once during the day at the booked time.
It is advisable to book entry to the Museum in sufficient time
earlier than the start time of the concert to be able to reach the hall comfortably. The museum route is one-way and the time booked refers to the entrance to the Museum.
Reservations are strongly recommended.
Tickets can be purchased at the museum ticket offices or online on the respective websites palazzote.it and mantovaducale.beniculturali.it .
On Sunday 2nd June, entry to the Doge’s Palace is free thanks to the “Sunday at the Museum” initiative.
To access it is necessary to collect the free ticket at the ticket office in Piazza Sordello or book online by choosing the print@home method.

The cost of concert tickets with paid entry is indicated in the program alongside each event.
Tickets from €5 to €18 .
The concerts are accessible upon purchase of the ticket and until all available seats are available.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Remotely , within 48 hours of booking, by credit card via Pay-by-link (Nexi circuit) or by bank transfer (to IBAN IT16Y0103011509000001165578).
The slip must be sent via email to the Ticket Office. Direct , at the ticket office with debit card, credit card and cash.
CULTURE BONUS
Teachers can use the Teacher Card and new 18 year olds can use the Culture Cards. The voucher generated (category “Live shows”) for an amount equal to the pass/ticket booked must be sent to the Ticket Office.
REGULATION
Purchase and use of passes and tickets
Passes and tickets are required for access to the venues where events take place.
Passes are nominal and non-transferable.
Passes are valid only for the date and events indicated on them. If not used they cannot be changed for other events or dates. Passes issued cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded.
Data processing
The data controller is the Orchestra da Camera di Mantova. The personal data collected to access the events will be used in compliance with the GDPR.
General rules
Spectators are required to maintain correct and respectful behavior during the events. No photos or audio-video recordings are allowed, without the organizer’s authorization. It is not allowed to enter the rooms with food or drinks. During all phases of the events, the instructions of the service personnel must be followed, in particular for compliance with the access and outflow procedures. The organization reserves the right to cancel, modify or replace events, places and times due to force majeure or for technical reasons. All updates on the oficinaocm.com website.
