In the Hall of Mirrors of Palazzo Ducale, a rare and precious ensemble: flute, viola, and harp, played by the young and talented members of the Trio Synchordia.

This instrumental combination was born from Claude Debussy’s intuition, whose sonorities blend so effectively that they went on to inspire many later composers. Jolivet, Ghedini, and Foote each explore its possibilities with their own voice: the refined vivacity of the first, the historical depth and rigor of the second, and the crepuscular melancholy of the third. Three different languages, three different eras, the same timbral enchantment, that luminous transparency which only this trio of instruments can create.

A concert that is a small discovery, capable of revealing how much richness lies behind such an unusual ensemble.
