With Bonus Cultura
Given the large number of concerts available to choose from, the Box Office provides a booking form: a fillable document containing all concerts (for Donor and Friend Pass holders) or most concerts (for all other pass types).
In the case of purchases via email, use of the form is recommended according to the following procedure:
Download, complete, and save the form corresponding to the pass you wish to purchase. If you are interested only in single tickets, use of the form is still recommended starting from 14 May.
Send the completed form via email to the Box Office.
Wait for confirmation from the Box Office regarding the concerts actually available for purchase, as some events may already be sold out.
Once confirmation has been received, payment may be completed by sending proof of payment within 48 hours. The Box Office will then send the tickets via email; printing them is not necessary, as they may be shown directly from a smartphone at the concerts.
The Box Office staff is available to assist with completing the form.
