Quodlibet Trio

Quodlibet Trio

Currently the Quodlibet Trio performs in high-level national and international music events and festivals.
They have collaborated in various chamber ensembles with Eckart Runge, Simone Gramaglia, Massimo Mercelli, Gabriele Pieranunzi, Rudens Turku, Andrea Rebaudengo and Sandro De Palma.
In recent years Mauro Montalbetti and Andrea Damiano Cotti have dedicated compositions performed for the first time to them.
The W. Stauffer Academy of Cremona in the class of the Quartetto di Cremona, the Accademia Chigiana of Siena with the teachings of Bruno Giuranna, the Jeunesses Musicales Deutschland of Weikersheim with Heime Muller, the Cuarteto Casals, Quartetto Belcea and the meeting with the Gewandhaus Quartett have increased and developed the artistic qualities of the Quodlibet Trio; qualities that have allowed the three musicians to also stand out in important international competitions: 2nd prize “Tina Anguissola Scotti” at the “Valtidone International Chamber Music Competition”, 1st prize at the “European Music Competition” of Moncalieri, 2nd prize at the Competition International Chamber Music Massimiliano Antonelli of Latina.
For their musical talents they were the first string trio to be selected within the international project “Le Dimore del Quartetto”, thanks to which they regularly perform in concert for the Italian Historic Houses Association and the Amur in Musica Committee with a view.
