The Premium Pass includes 20 concerts to choose entry tickets, with assigned seats, entrance to the concerts locations, admission to Palazzo Ducale and Palazzo Te from 30th May to 2nd June 2021 and, by reservation, to concerts scheduled during Museums opening hours, in compliance to the recent anti-Covid regulations.

Premium pass subscribers who also intend to attend concerts not included in the pass can purchase, in advance, tickets with € 5,00 discount.

Tempo d’Orchestra 2020/21 subscribers can book their pass as from Thursday, April 29th. Passes are on sale from Tuesday, May 4th.

Passes are available in electronic format, otherwise, it will be possible to collect the paper ones at the ticket office as from Monday, May 10th.

Weekend Pass includes 10 concerts to choose entry tickets, with assigned seats, entrance to the concerts locations, admission to Palazzo Ducale and Palazzo Te, within two days, from 30th May to 2nd June 2021 and, by reservation, to concerts scheduled during Museums opening hours, in compliance to the recent anti-Covid regulations.

Daily Pass includes 3 concerts to choose entry tickets, with assigned seats, entrance to the concerts locations, admission to Palazzo Ducale and Palazzo Te, on a single day (between 30th May and 2nd June 2021) and, by reservation, to concerts scheduled during Museums opening hours, in compliance to the recent anti-Covid regulations.

The followings are entitled to the reduction: Coop Alleanza 3.0 members, Friends of the Ocm, FAI – Fondo Ambiente Italiano, Touring Club, Filofestival, Società per il Palazzo Ducale, Amici di Palazzo Te, Il Cinema del Carbone, Il Circolo del Cinema, Association for Dominican monuments.

SINGLE TICKETS

FREE ENTRANCE

The concerts scheduled at Basilica of Santa Barbara, at Rotonda di San Lorenzo (12 and 7 p.m.) and at Palazzo Castiglioni (A coffee together with …) are free but need to be booked. Any remaining tickets will be available at the entrance.

Reservations for free events as from Monday, May 10th.

CONCERTS DURING MUSEUMS OPENING HOURS

CONCERTS AT PALAZZO DUCALE AND PALAZZO TE DURING OPENING HOURS

All the concerts scheduled in the halls included in the tour of Palazzo Te and Palazzo Ducale on the days from Saturday, May 30th to Tuesday, June 2nd 2021, during opening hours, are available, by reservation, at the cost of the Museum entrance ticket, in compliance to the recent anti-Covid regulations.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Pass and single tickets purchase or free concerts booking is possible online, or by email, or telephone or by going to the Box Office at the appointed time. Given the protraction of the emergency, remote purchase and electronic tickets usage should be preferred. Access to events is guaranteed until all available seats are taken in compliance to anti-Covid regulations.

Once the purchase or the booking is done, the user receives an email which must be shown at the event entrance, on a smartphone or printed.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Remotely by credit card via Pay-by-link: a Nexi circuit link is sent from the Ticket Office to allow you to pay safely. Remotely by bank transfer to IBAN IT16Y0103011509000001165578 Orchestra da Camera di Mantova account, giving  “SURNAME + TRAME 2021” as reason. Subsequently, the bill must be sent via email to the Ticket Office.

At the ticket office with ATM, credit card or cash.

CULTURE BENEFIT (BONUS CULTURA)
Teachers can buy the tickets using their Teacher Card and those born in 2002 can use their 18app bonus.
The voucher must  have the “Live Shows” category” on it and the amount corresponding to the pass or the booked ticket and must be sent in digital format to the Ticket Office to collect the admission ticket.

TEMPO D’ORCHESTRA 2020/21 SUBSCRIBERS
Tempo d’Orchestra 2020/21 season subscribers can use their left over credit to purchase passes and / or tickets.

TEMPO D’ORCHESTRA 2019/20 REFUND VOUCHER
Spectators who have Tempo d’Orchestra 2019/20 season refund voucher can use their left over credit to buy tickets after having contacted the ticket office. The terms of use indicated on the voucher remain valid.

COVID-19 CONTAINMENT REGULATION

Pass and ticket purchase
Passes and tickets are required to enter the events locations. Passes are personal and non-transferable. Passes are valid only on the date and for the events indicated on them. If not used, they cannot be changed for other events or dates. An issued pass cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to change seats or occupy seats other than those indicated on the ticket, even when free. All the seats have been positioned to respect safe distance.

Contiguous seats
There are contiguous seats in some location that can only be occupied by relatives. These people, at the time of purchase, must fill in a self-certification form – available at the ticket office or on the website (oficinaocm.com) – to declare, at their own responsibility, their family relationship. Any mistake is dependent on the buyer and can prevent him/her from entering the event

Obligations in the events locations
Audience must wear a Ffp2 mask (children follow general rules) for the entire length of the event. They must also respect physical distancing of at least 1 meter at the ticket office, info points and event locations. It is recommended to arrive well in advance the event starting time to allow for a better seating arrangement and avoid crowds at the entrance and inside the event venues.

At the entrance to the events locations, it will be mandatory to undergo a body temperature scan; people whose temperature will be higher than 37.5° C are not allowed to attend the event. People who have a higher temperature will be asked to move away.

Data processing
All the personal data collected to access the events (name, surname, telephone number) will be asked then stored for a period of 14 days in compliance to Legislative Decree No. 52 of 22 April 2021. Mantua Chamber Orchestra is responsible for these data . They will not be used for other purposes in compliance to the GDPR.

General rules
Spectators are required to behave properly and respectfully during the events.
No photos or audio-video recordings are allowed, without the organizer’s authorization.

It is not allowed to eat or drink inside the events location.

Throughout the event, it is mandatory to follow staff indication, especially during entrance and exit. The organization reserves the right to cancel, modify or replace events, locations and hours due to force major or technical reasons. All updates are on the website (www.oficinaocm.com).

This regulation refers to the legislation valid on April 21, 2021, any changes will be communicated to the spectators. By proceeding with the purchase order of events tickets, each spectator declares to have read and accepted these Regulations.
