Naomi Berrill is a cellist, guitarist and songwriter. In addition to being a multi-instrumentalist, she has an extreme versatility of genre that allows her to collaborate with classical musicians (Danusha Waskiewicz, Michael Nyman, Giovanni Sollima, Mario Brunello), jazz (Simone Graziano, Alessandro Lanzoni), contemporaries (AlterEgo, Time Machine Ensemble ), baroque and folk. She also collaborates with the Virgilio Sieni dance company.

She directs “High Notes”, a music festival on the Apuan Alps. “Suite Dreams” is her third album, the first for Warner Music. The first album, “From the ground”, reissued in Japan is a journey from Purcell to Nick Drake for voice and cello which was album of the week for Farenheit of Rai Radio 3. “To the Sky” instead contains ten original pieces for voice, cello, guitar and piano, and was presented at the Spoleto Festival, at the Macerata Opera Festival, at the “Sounds of the Dolomites”, at the Uffizi Galleries in Florence for “Uffizi live “, live in the Radio Popolare Auditorium and at the Roman Philharmonic Academy.

Berrill has also played at the Cello Biennale in Amsterdam, the Milan Triennale, the Venice Biennale, Spoleto festival dei due Mondi, the Antirust Festival of Castelfranco Veneto, the East West Festival of Rovereto, the Orestiadi of Gibellina, the Friends of Music of Mestre and Palazzo Pitti.

She publishes her music at the Sonzogno Music House in Milan.
