On the last day of Trame Sonore, the Wiener Kammersymphonie ensemble will transport the audience on a journey through epochs. In fact, the Viennese ensemble stands out for its great ability to break down stereotypes and barriers of any musical genre, thus managing to compete within an incredibly vast repertoire. At the Loggia di Davide, the musicians will perform Michael Haydn’s Symphony in G major P8 (less known than his brother Franz), Webern’s Langsamer Satz and Korngold’s Mӓrchenbilder, a twentieth-century reenactment of Schumann’s musical fairy tales.
