Between the Late Renaissance and the Early Baroque, Italy was a forge of talented and inspired musicians, in which the organ experienced a phase of success and splendor, in which the experimentation of the composers, always the first executors of their work, was matched by that of the builders. In this concert Giulio De Nardo reconstructs a journey among some of the main authors (Italian by birth or adoption) of the 16th century, on an organ made and designed for them, the Antegnati di Santa Barbara.
