A unique event ends the fourth day of the Festival. At 11.30 pm on an almost summer night Alessandra Ammara and Roberto Prosseda, Mendelssohnian experts and collaborators of the Festival’s Focus Mendelssohn, join Romano Adami and the Ricercare Ensemble for incidental music from the Shakespearean Dream in the brilliant reading of Felix Mendelssohn, whose famous Ouverture was composed at the age of 17, then joined over 15 years later by the rest of the suite.
